If the KHL puts on more shows like this they might surpass the NHL quicker then we thought. The main thing i want to know, Jags is on Avangard... Was he involved in this fight?

The future is now...

The Koon is injured, everybody is gonna start saying things like, "imagine how good he is gonna be healthy," I personally don't care, i'm saying, get the Poot in there if he plays well, dump some salary... Although I am more excited about Eric Tangradi being a top line player (I personally feel that Poot is a borderline top 6 forward), I am excited about his general tendency to sit in front of the net and cause havok, which is something we need right now....

Olympic Snub...

Sadly we will not be seeing Janne don the Blue and White to represent Team Finland in the Olympics... This is very sad seeing that Janne has had fairly good success the last couple of years in International Hockey. No word why the Finnish Hockey Commission decided to pass over Janne, but if we hear anything we will keep you posted.

We here at Pesonen and The Pens would like to formally express our dissatisfaction with the decision making of Team Finland Hockey this year for the olympics. If you lose an important game by 1 goal, we will be the ones in the blogosphere waiting to say I told you so...
