Tough Day

Not much to report following the St. Pat day celebration. Vince's and my family starting with keg's and eggs around 8am, I petered out around 11pm. In the middle of that time we watched the Pens blow a grand opportunity when they blew a 3-1 3rd period lead then lost in a shoot out.

Cuttos to the Sens, they came in an out worked us for most of the game. The rest of the playoff hopefuls lost in shootouts too. Ranger/Cnadians just flat out lost.

The baby Pens lost 3-2 with Janne held scoreless. so he remains 1 point away from tieing the team record for points.

Bostons comes to town today at 3pm

Janne and the pens play Albany tomorrow night in a make-up game. Stay tune to see if janne ties the record.

Note: Congrats to Marty Brodeur, who tied Patrick Roy in career wins by a goaltender with 551 wins.  Marty goes for the record Tuesday vs Chicago.
