Now I'm not looking for any bashings of the division here. I'm asking if any entire division has ever made the playoffs.
Tin Puck has informed us that the entire Adams Division(only 5 team division to do it) made the playoffs in 1980/81 season.
The teams were:
Buffalo
Boston
Minnesota
Quebec
Toronto
in 77/78 and 78/79 the Division "NHLP", a 4 team division did it.
The teams were:
Islanders
Flyers
Flames
Rangers

I think the entire Adams Division did it the 80-81 season. Pretty sure that was the last time it happened, somebody correct me if I'm wrong.
