Wbs 2 vs RiverRats 3

Winners of 5 in a row and 11 wins in the month of December our WBS pens ravel to Albany to play the Riverrats. Janne has been on a mini tear of late with 4 goals in his last 5 games. Chris Minard scored in 5 straight games with a league leading 26 tallies. Jeff Taffe has been pounding too, jeff was named Player of the Week with 2/G 7/A in 3 games(3wins).

 The Riverrats defeated our Pens last night 3-2. Rats tender Justin Peters had an outstanding game aided by his best friend the goal posts, I know I heard atleast 3 dings. rats also killed 4 PP chances by the Pens. 

Danny Richmond(2) and Jean-Michel Daoust(4) scored for WBS less than 2 mins apart midway through the 3rd.

Janne was held to 3 shots and had a couple of good chances.

Adam berkhoel stopped 17 of 20 shots as the Pens held a 35-20 shot advantage.
